After the Mall of Sousse, with our partners UTIC and INDIGO we are developing the next project in Sfax,
the second largest city in the country and the centre of a high potential region. The best specialists in
the world have been called upon to propose a unique shopping mall. The Tunisian market is in the
process of opening up and offers significant development prospects for international brands.

TUNIS GARDEN CITY
Opening 2026
TUNIS GARDEN CITY is a project of creation of an
integrated urban complex which will be located in the
future city centre of Tunis between the old city centre
(Avenue Habib Bourguiba) and the Tunis Lake. The
first "Mixed Use" project of this new area is called Les
Perles du Lac II.
TUNIS GARDEN CITY will include a hotel, offices, a
shopping and leisure centre, cinemas, restaurants, a
sports hall, an amusement park... as well as housing,
offices and an apartment hotel to be developed by
ALBUHAIRA INVEST.
