Chairman. One of the earliest pioneers in believing in the immense potential of the
Maghreb region, not only because of its enormous capacity for development but

also because of its incredible opportunities due to its proximity to Europe.

Today we are major shareholders of P&F Tunis, a real estate company that focuses

on commercial and residential developments; and NAREC (North African Renewal

Energy Company) leader in the renewal energy sector. Through our network, we are

also actively and continuously supporting large foreign companies establish and grow

in the region.
